it depends. Most of the ribbon buys are for custom prints.

And many of my buyers still prefer solids. I will suggest to stock up on the 100yd rolls for solids atleast 15 to 20 colors, 25 yds for dots and 10 - 15 yards for prints.
Ribbon addiction is very bad ,lolgirly

See, I forgot all about my very first large purchase. LOLOL I ordered from UB all of their 3/8 solids and have grown from there. I figured if I had those, I could add prints as I went.

I have bought from UB, which is where I buy a lot of my 3/8 for headbands and some korkers. I also use the 7/8 and the 1.5 when I'm layering bows because it's thinner and it's easier to crease with the thicker ribbon like schiff or offray. I like UB's swiss dots and polka dot as well as their organza with the satin trim.

For twisted boutique bows I have sciff and offray mainly from the ribbon retreat's wholesale site, some from RABOM when they have their sales. I have a schiff account now so I will probably do most of my ordering directly from them unless I find deals.

Prints I browse, I just bought a few from oh*my*gosh goodies off ebay, I just love the magical vacation ribbon. Tabby Wabby has it too but didn't have the mouse with the dots which I was looking for.

I have also bought from hip girl. I like the colors but the ribbon is somewhere between UB and schiff, it's a bit slippery.

I buy from so many places that I can't remember where I got it from which makes me nuts when I want to order more of a certain print! LOL If it comes on a roll, I always label the roll when I get it. I have started a log to try to keep up with it better and avoid some frustration!

You should check the dollar bins at Michael's. I've found some WAY cute ribbon there lately! One with a garden/grass/snails and also some cute retro prints.
