I made this yesterday and my daughter decided it was hers. I don't mind one bit.

The flowers are made out of a white cotton blend and a vintage blue shirt.

I used Heart of Light: Ruffly headband tutorial! (http://heart-of-light.blogspot.com/2009/06/ruffly-headband-tutorial.html) for the idea and then put my own spin on it. :) I think it worked out pretty well!
