My daughter and I stayed home this Black Friday. We did a paper plate reindeer craft together, then when she went down for her nap it was time for mama to craft. cheerl
I made 3 shabby flowers. Again, these are my first. I think I'm going to look for some better directions. The one's I found don't explain well enough how to finish them off, basically "shape into a flower and sew."
We are going to a dinner party tonight so I made the colorful flower on the hat for my daughter to wear.

These are the same instructions I went off of... wish the end would be a little more detailed. But oh well, I'll get the hang of it. I also don't stitch every stitch at the bottom like it says, I accordion fold a bunch of the fabric and run my needle through it and it seems to go a lot faster that way. If that makes sense.
