Tutu Onsies

Okay, right now I'm just being lazy without looking before I post this - but I'm looking for an easy tutu onsie tutorial. I have been selling more and more onsies with different disigns on them as well as newborn tutus - I thought a 2-in-1 deal would really go over well at my shows.

Anyone made one? Have any tips?
