Does anyone know of a pattern of sorts for a cheer skirt for a little girl? I have a request for one, and dont want to do just a tutu. Any help would be appreciated.

Is a cheer skirt just a pleated skirt? Here is a tute for a pleated skirt that looks like it could double as a "cheer skirt".

Before I started this, I didn't even know what a cheer bow was! :D
