I just started offering the thick and thin "nylon" headbands - not the panty hose headbands, the cotton-y type. I add a loop of ribbon, and of course heat seat the ends of the ribbon loops too.
I have my booth at the mall still and a customer e-mailed me saying that the end of the ribbon that I heat sealed was rough, what could she do. I told her she could add felt or I could drop off a new headband by the store for her to pick up. She said she flipped the headband over and it worked fine that way too?? No need for a replacement
So I was like, ok, that was an easy fix.
She e-mailed me again saying that the headband is "snagging." She said her daughter wore it twice and now it's too bad for her to wear again?? I don't know what this lady is doing to it to make it snag. Only thing I can think is the bow she has on it maybe? Or the kid if pulling on it? I haven't seen this happen before.
Anyone else have this problem?
This time I am dropping off a new headband wondering if the one she bought was defective, but am afraid this lady is just going to keep going through headbands.
I did tell her that the bows can hold up for a very long time, but the headbands are things that customers do have to replace. Hoping she doesn't think I'll replace all her headbands after she messes them up.
