I just started offering the thick and thin "nylon" headbands - not the panty hose headbands, the cotton-y type. I add a loop of ribbon, and of course heat seat the ends of the ribbon loops too.

I have my booth at the mall still and a customer e-mailed me saying that the end of the ribbon that I heat sealed was rough, what could she do. I told her she could add felt or I could drop off a new headband by the store for her to pick up. She said she flipped the headband over and it worked fine that way too?? No need for a replacement

So I was like, ok, that was an easy fix.

She e-mailed me again saying that the headband is "snagging." She said her daughter wore it twice and now it's too bad for her to wear again?? I don't know what this lady is doing to it to make it snag. Only thing I can think is the bow she has on it maybe? Or the kid if pulling on it? I haven't seen this happen before.

Anyone else have this problem?

This time I am dropping off a new headband wondering if the one she bought was defective, but am afraid this lady is just going to keep going through headbands.

I did tell her that the bows can hold up for a very long time, but the headbands are things that customers do have to replace. Hoping she doesn't think I'll replace all her headbands after she messes them up.

I have some and me and my DD wear them and have had no issues. You might want to ask her to return the other on to you so you can see the condition of it. Who knows what she has done.

I had someone do this to me :( They tried coming back over and over again ! She even brought back a bow with chocolate on it and said she bought it like that ! there has to be a drawing point with people like that most definitely.

I forgot to drop the headband by the mall today while I was in town, so I told her I'd mail it to her. Never thought to ask for the "bad" one back... dang it!

Sometimes I can be too nice about these things. I even say, all sales final, no returns/exchages, and I break my own rules all the time.
