Those are cute and look easy to make. I've never heard of bump pipe cleaners.

I think the proper name is chenile stems or chenile pipe cleaners. Hobby Lobby might carry them as well as Michaels.

I love that site I have it saved to my favorites ! They even have instructions on how to make petti skirts on there ! I just have'nt done one yet because they look really time consuming and difficult to make .
