Some people use a small hole punch ( 1/16" I think) I just ordered one. I will let you know how it works when it comes in :)

I have read that you can use a hammer and a very small nail in order to put holes into the bottle cap. You could probably also use a Dremel tool with a tiny bit.

That is so cute! I bet you could paint the small wooden discs and just glue that for a center of a bow too
