Twisted Boutique help please

I am getting the hang of the twisted boutique, minus one problem, 3 of my loops look awesome, but one does not. And it doesn't always happen either, some turn out really nice. It doesn't get "twisty" like the other 3,it just kind of stay like a regular loop. I have no idea what I am doing wrong, so if anyone has advice on how to fix this problem, it would be very appreciated. I make mine using the figure 8 method. I was thinking maybe it was the way I crease, like it is off a little, I use a pin to crease and hold it, but so frustrating!
