I read somewhere - stay away from wholesaling...
I guess I'm not doing what I read.
I have interest, so I am giving it a small shot. I don't like taking so much off my retail, but it will help get my name out there I guess?
Who else wholesales off of a retail site?
Currently I'm offering
First purchase: $200 min. with 30% off retail (35% off with min. $300)
Additional purchase: $100 min. same discount with 30% off min. $100
Good/Bad?
I have a lady that "could get me into a lot of top boutiques in Chicago and Dallas" IF I WANT... but I'm not sure I WANT.
I love retailing, I get more for my time and money that way. But it is also a large order at one time and possible repeat business with wholesale. (Even though I've retailed orders of $200+ with no discount)
I just don't know how I feel about it yet. My current wholesale customer will be my tester I guess.
Any advice? Input?
