bow sprays/ spikes??

how do you make those??? i had a tutorial on how to do it and have lost it somewhere!!! can someone help please

I have the hardest time keeping the top and bottom spikes even. A lot of times I get too much on the top and then the bottom looks short...

I use the gator bite to crease the spikes...I put them in the center of my bottom bow..

I don't know what's up. I think maybe it's the tension when I sew them together.

I wish I had seen these before! I've made so many spikes and can't get them right.
