NOTE: Please read the terms and conditions before placing your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you agree and read our policies. Please refer the e-agreement signature at the checkout.

BUSINESS HOURS:

Our current business hours are Monday through Friday, from 10am until 3pm PST.  Please allow up to 48 business hours for email responses.

 

Current Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days. Business Days excludes weekends and Postal Holidays

 

WE SHIP FROM CALIFORNIA, USA!

PAYMENT:
At this time we accept payments via Paypal and credit cards . Our shopping cart is secured by SSL and encrypted and transmitted in a secure way for your protection.

 PROCESSING:

All orders are processed in the order in which they were received.Supply orders are generally shipped within One (1) business day but depending on the volume of the order, it may take up to three (3) business days. Custom orders may take up to seven (7) business days to process.
Please double-check your order before you submit it. Due to time constraints we cannot add to orders, and consequent orders may not be combined.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once your order is placed, we cannot accept any returns or give any refunds unless there was a mistake on our part.

Order status can be checked by logging into your account in the web store and clicking on "My account" -- "Previous Orders" -- "View"

Coupon codes can be redeemed at step 2 of the check out page under "Discount Coupon" - "Redemption Code"

Reward Points can be redeemed under "Reward Points Tiered Discount". Reward points can be redeemed once you accumulate a minimum of 10 points. Every 10 points gives 5% off your total purchase. One one minimum credit is permitted per order.

Store Credit is redeemed by checking the box "Apply Credit"

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with delivery confirmation.  Shipping charges are as follows:

FREE SHIPPING

 

International orders should add approximately $3.99 to the shipping charges noted above.  Keep in mind that this pre-calculated cost is just an estimate.  We always refund excess shipping less $2 handling to our international customers. 

We are not responsible for the post office’s shipping times once your package is shipped.  Should an issue arise, we will remain in contact with you until you receive your package.
Bows are shipped in boxes.  Elastics are rolled for your convenience and sealed in a Ziploc bag.  

 

OUT OF STOCK DETAIL DEFINITION:
Although we check our inventory daily, sometimes items can sell out before they are updated.

For PayPal and Credit Card transactions, you have the option to choose

REFUND: Money back to your payment account less discounts redeemed at checkout. 
STORE CREDIT:  Credit to your account for the original cost of the out of stock product with no change to discount redeemed. Savings option if you are a repeat customer. Store credit can be redeemed at the time of checkout(in the second page Step 2) and available by checking "Apply credit"
SUBSTITUTE: You will given an option to choose alternate color or items for the same value of the products. We will call for your confirmation.

 

 

RETURNS:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless there was a mistake on our part. We process and pack our orders with the utmost care and attention. In the event that there was a mistake/defective with your order, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your items. 
DO NOT return your products without contacting us first! You will not receive a refund, and we will not reship your order unless you pay return shipping(also subject to 20% restocking fee). 
Once you receive our approval, we will generate and email a return label and the merchandise must be sent back within one business day. If the return tracking number is not updated in the system ,  refund will not be processed. 

STATE SALES TAX:
All orders shipped to california address will be charged state sales tax. To get tax exemption please email us your seller permit and business license copy to support@poshnpretty.com. Once approved, your orders will be excluded from sales tax.
